Soft Tissue treatment: Muscles can tighten and cause pain, and soft tissue treatment can help alleviate and loosen the muscles.

Specific chiropractic adjustments: Specific high velocity low amplitude adjustments are done as needed on stuck spinal vertebra to ensure their proper movement.

Applied Kinesiology (AK): The body always tells us what it needs, it just takes some time to translate what it is saying. AK is our translator for this language.

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET): Sometimes the pain we feel may have a hidden, emotional cause that is preventing the body from fully healing. NET can help us bring those emotions to the surface and allow the body to process them and continue healing.
